If you already have a quartz one maybe try to go for a mechanical movement? There’s a bunch of different kinds with history attached to them and some watchmakers make their own movements or modify aspects of existing ones…it’s pretty cool. If you wanna branch out that might be more exciting than ending up with a bunch of quartz watches. Nothing against quartz by the way - my newest addition (fingers crossed… should be en route) is a quartz watch. I’m in love with it and couldn’t care less what it ran on.

If you like it, and cost only 20$ I’d say go for it. At this price point, you only pay for the design, worry not about the insides because it will be the same whatever brands they are for $20.
