So as the title goes, what’s your daily driver? Do you have one watch specifically thant you use for your monday-friday 9-5? Or do you rotate your entire collection? If you do, why do you wear that specific one?
I’ve tried to rotate through different watches over the years, but I always go back to the same trusty SMP. I got this watch in a uncertain time in my life and I’ve hit a lot of different life goals since. That’s why this one carries a lot of sentimental value to me.
Controversial opinion, but I always liked the wave less dial more because I felt like it would be more timeless and versatile🤗
I’m in my 30s and feel contempt with being just a one watch guy 😁
sell the watch, get a better keyboard
Beautiful watch. I wish I had a desk/ suit and tie job and was able to wear one of my nicer watches to work but as a tradesman my daily has to be a tad bit rugged and “disposable” so I daily the Casio 2100 from the metal utility series
Salute to the trades my man. When it’s workin time it’s a G all the way always.
Aqua Terra 41. I’ve barely taken it off in almost 2 years.
Best daily. The chrono comes in handy (timing the 10-15 mins at the Chinese spot). Also it’s not flashy so a great travel watch.
My usual is a Nomos Tangente, but I’ve been wearing this Ball Trainmaster 60 Seconds that I just got and am liking a lot.
What is the pen?
Beautiful, what’s the reference?
NM-1058D-S3J-WH
I love the font for the numerals! So cool.
Murph. Doing some desk… adventuring?
This guy gets it.👆
Ouf. I want the Coop but I don’t know why
I need to get me the 38mm murph. I found a Hamilton bracelet for it and it’s perfect
link?
You can also call swatch directly and confirm with them. I have a 40mm khaki that came on a canvas strap I called them and asked what bracelet and they ordered one up for me
I dont have a daily driver, since this wfh is a thing, every watch is dead when I go out of house. :/
May i ask what wfh means?
when I’m in the office (~3 days / wk on average) or in a dressy social setting I wear my Seamaster AT (blue dial) 90% of the time, sometimes I wear my Longines MC Moonphase instead. when I’m at home it’s almost always my Seiko SRPD91. In a social setting more casual than the Omega/Longines but nicer than the Seiko, I go with my Mido Ocean Star 200. Have some other watches that occasionally get worked into the rotation, but those 4 are my go-to’s. Nothing but respect for the one-watchers but personally I enjoy mixing it up.
If I had a daily driver, I would have only one watch. I have three and like them all equally. I‘m not aware whether some gets more wrist time than the others. I can however understand if there is some sentimental value to a watch.
When in doubt, SMP. I have a few watches but I wear this one a solid 85% of the time.
I have 7 months until I’m allowed to wear mine.
Same and I love it.Same and I love it.
Such a beautiful and high quality watch.
The clasp and side of the bracelet that touches the desk are pretty scratched though
I have the blue one, and same.
My Goldeneye 300M Seamaster is arriving tomorrow. Oh my.
I don’t think I could daily an Aquis due to the thickness, but I know I wouldn’t tire of looking at it!
Wow! What a unique watch. That is so sick
