I got some Golden Goose sneakers a few months ago and for some reason, the leather is peeling off. I don’t recall ever scuffing the side off my shoe on anything so I’m actually really perplexed. Is this something that a cobbler could repair or should I just take the L on these over priced shoes…
They’ve definitely been ripped by something, whatever you’ve done it on has also marked the midsole. You could paint over with white leather paint but it will be obvious and I’d just leave them as is. They’re not going to look as they did before no matter what you do.
