What primer if first 2 foundation ingredients are cyclopentasiloxane and aqua/ water?

Hi everyone!

I know “water based foundation + water based primer” and “silicone based foundation + silicone based primer” but what if the first 2 ingredients are both??

I’m not looking for a specific primer, just need to know if I should look into a solicone or water based one. Thanks!

Get a silicone primer. Usually silicone foundations have water as the first ingredient followed by silicone.
