Hey everyone, I’m new to watches, trying to get into it on a student budget, preferably to €300. I’ve got a small wrist at about 6 inches, so 38mm diameter or 45mm lug to lug is a max. I’m a big fan of dress watches and leather straps, and a date window is a must for me.

So far the models I’ve found that I like are:

• My favorite but going a bit above my budget - Seiko Presage SRPE43;
• Orient Bambino 38mm (in both silver and gold);
• Seiko 5 SNKL23 or SNKL45 (white 41 too) or SNK361 which are my current picks because of the price, but I’d want to change the bracelet to a leather strap and I’m not sure how that would look.

Now that you know my style, I’d love for some other suggestions or feedback on my picks. The more I look, the more models I find and the decision becomes harder hah.

TLDR: Looking for a watch max 38mm, €300, date window, preferably leather strap, love a bit unusual dials like seiko presage series. Thanks!
