I’ll go first. Mine is that “skin like foundations” never actually look like skin in real life. They’ll look flawless on camera, TV, film, but that’s because they’re trying to mimic reality with makeup because of what’s gets lost on camera. So while it looks like nothing on film, it looks like makeup in real life. You’re not going to get that “second skin” look without the presence of a camera. It looks like makeup, and that’s okay. So that’s mine, what’s yours?
Most of what people do nowadays is ridiculous. False lashes that look like spiders crawling up their face. Lip liner/lipstick WAY outside the lip line. Hours to put on 50 million layers to not look like yourself is just stupid.
