Depending on your eye shape, this may or may not be doable. I would grab a black urban decay 24 hour liner, and you are going to need something to highlight the lower inner corner and where the black dips down a bit. She is using an optical illusion to make her eyes appear bigger. I would also use a nude waterproof liner for the waterline but you are going to take the nude liner and line from the outside corner of your eye, across the water line and into the inner corner. Take the black and line straight from the outer corner down just a touch so the end of the liner towards the inner corner is slightly lower. That will give the illusion the outer corner is higher and lifted. Take a smudger brush and smudge out in a small wing on the outer and inner corners and smudge the harsh line of the bottom edge.
