I got all my dunks in TTS (same size as my Jordan 1, half size up from Air Force 1, half size down from Jordan 4). Feet’s slightly on wider end.
They painful as heck for first 5-10 times, but soon after it gets slightly better when the upper material break in.
Leather loosen up better, canvas barely loosen up, special one like mesh on union dunk also quite hard to break in too.
So my advice would be just wear them a lot, put on thinner socks, and loosen up the laces a lot. Hope it helps!
