Here’s my current collection. I like low-profile watches that don’t garner attention from the mainstream nor symbols of economic class (either real or apparent - e.g., real of fake Rolex). And the complications or style should be unique but also functional for me (for example, I don’t want a diving watch because I have absolutely no need for rotating bezel, but a mechanical watch with an alarm is very cool). Any thoughts on what I should pursue next? Thanks!
How does the Longines Sector dial small seconds top left wear? I have been eyeing that watch on and off for the last year or so.
I’m wondering the same thing!
Fabulous. This may be my favorite watch. There’s more than meets the eye on this. I have a lot to say. This watch is excellent. Check out some YouTube reviews to see the details.
Have you considered a Ming? I really love my 5th anniversary 37.07
Very cool. These are hot and sell out extremely fast with each release.
Why not a Seiko! I have my eye on an alpenist, and looking at what seems to get you going, it may be just the watch for you.
If you want to stick to micro brands/less mainstream stuff, I’m currently in love with the Serica GMT. It’s not cheap but is still a lot of watch packed into a very unique case.
Citizen eco drive is always a good bet.

I think you need another Longines 👀
Baltic hermetique would fit in to the vibe. If you’re looking for something different, check out Christopher Ward Bel Canto.
Thank you for the Christopher Ward recommendation. I never looked at them before, and I really like what I see. The C65 Dune is fitting the bill for me in many ways. Check it out. It has some subtle features that make it special for such a reasonable price. Like the date window characteristics, for example. Thanks!
Something with a power reserve… or a moon phase maybe?
If you want another tuxedo watch Saker could be worth a shot 😂
