Hello, I need to replace my omega leather strap and would like to maintain the same buckle type. Does anybody know what this is called and where I can buy a compatible leather strap?

It’s called a deployant. You need to buy specific deployant compatible leather or rubber straps for it. You can find them anywhere from aliexpress to authorized dealers just as long as you look for compatibility.
