Only J Star palettes I have are Blood Sugar and Conspiracy. Got them before I knew about how terrible of a person he was. I did enjoy the formula on Blood Sugar, it was buttery and soft for me. But Conspiracy? I don’t know what the fuck happened there. The mattes are SO CHALKY, I’ve seen Morphe clearance palettes perform better. He said the Mattes are his standard formula that he uses for all palettes but that just CANNOT be true, and I had crazy fallout.
the shades are pressed pigments and not eyeshadows but he has done it before just fine so idek lololol
I agree. I was so sad because I had the products hyped up so much in my mind after watching Shane’s documentary. Idk why I expected them to be some magic formula… but I was so disappointed. Never even really used it.

I have the beauty killer pallette and I will say the black on that palette is actually PIGMENTED but once it’s hit pan I’m pitching it. The other colors don’t show at all
Those liquid lip mattes changed the game though. I refuse to buy them now, but I loved (and I mean loved) Redrum, Gemini, and Unicorn Blood.
Same. I just said yesterday that I wished I could buy some, but I don’t want to support the brand. I need another brand to launch a similar formula with as many unique and colorful shades.
Coloured Raine. She did hers initially and he’s kinda a knock off of her but she’s never in stock. Also most of his liquid lips are a direct KVD ripoff but after she left they don’t have as many colors.

I hate myself for saying this but the formula for the Jeffree x Morphe palette is awesome. I’d have picked up a few more palettes on clearance if I realized it was on sale.
If anyone has any recommendations for a similar formula but respectable brand, I’m all ears.
