Mine have to be Tarte and Elf

Tarte just didn’t work out for me I used to love Elf, but recently it’s just not been that great.

If it makes you feel better one of the owners of Milk is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. And they copied Smashbox’s set up with the whole released by a studio.

It does make it better haha. I found lots of their products dries too fast, their primer balled up no matter how I applied it or waited or other products used on it, their setting spray did nothing, like not one of their products I’ve used I’ve been like… damn that’s a great purchase

Dang, the green hydro grip primer? I swear by that stuff. I was sucked in by their branding but it’s pretty expensive for me these days

The MILK green sticky primer balled up and broke up on me terribly no matter what foundation or skin prep i tried, but the ELF dupe seems to work for me as the original was intended. I use it with True Match foundation

I thought I was the only one!!! Whether it’s something I bought and returned, or got as a free sample, it has all been AWFUL.

Hmmm, I really want to like them. In fact, I did like them but I really hate the cool, Brooklyn millennial gimmick at pop star prices. Plus, so many things sound cool but are not great irl. Like the weird chalk crayon sticks. They literally crumple as you dryly try to swipe them.

But the blush sticks are nice. As is the mascara, though it dries out too quickly for how expensive they are. Now they also kept the pricing but downsized their product so… no thanks.

You’re supposed to get better with time, not worse, Milk.

Lol. Those are what I hate from them. Those sticks dry fast and don’t blend well for me at all. They also pull up my foundation no matter what I do. Just shows nothing works for everyone!

Oh wow that’s wild! I’d definitely not use it if that was happening to me too!! I personally “dot” it on the strongest part of my cheekbone and it always comes off beautifully.

i got the mini bronzer stick and had the mini blush stick from a sephora birthday gift, and both products broke me out so bad :\ their mascara was also so flakey and dry right from the start
