Fenty. I do not get the hype over it. People lose their minds because it’s Rihanna, but there’s been very little from the brand that’s given me any excitement. Plus I’m just not a fan of hers, so there’s no loyalty there either.
Also Jeffree Star is trash and I refuse to support him, no matter how good his products may be.
don’t worry most of his products are trash. i swear i only buy the fenty lipgloss for the packaging and yeah, bc it’s rihanna 😂 but it’s not really worth the money at all.
Idk if Fenty is big just because it’s Rihanna, though that is a part of it. Ariana grande is huge as well and REM isn’t nearly as hyped and is pretty disliked. Fenty changed the game for shade ranges, at the time 40 shades was NOT the standard, let alone at launch, and all her products have shades that work well for darker skin tones, especially very deep tones, and undertones particularly.
