Mine have to be Tarte and Elf

Tarte just didn’t work out for me I used to love Elf, but recently it’s just not been that great.

Same. I have purchased a few things and I just don’t understand the hype… I bought a shadow pencil and an eyeshadow cream pot. The pencil was awful, couldn’t blend well & patchy. The cream pot was mediocre. I don’t get it
