Let me start by saying I never meant to reach 12 watches. I brought the SRPD73K1 and the GA2100 to replace an older smart watch that I didn’t like using any longer. Many have been through the collection and it could easily have been more watches sat in this picture.

It’s definitely the first time I’ve looked at what I had an I’ve wondered why I have so many and I’m mainly wearing the SSK001 these days so I’m seriously considering selling all but that.

I think I’m mainly questioning myself at this point and whether I can truly justify keeping 12 or whether any of you fellow enthusiasts would suggest trimming it down a little bit.

Any input would be appreciated!

Personally I don’t hesitate to keep cheaper ones that aren’t worth reselling and don’t cost much to maintain. Basically any quartz that I remotely like, and any automatic where it’s cheaper for me to swap the movement than have a watchmaker service.

You could do something similar to what they recommend for wardrobe trimming, ie turn the hangar around backwards and turn it right ways over your wear that item then donate anything you haven’t worn at the end of the season. Helps drive home what your aren’t really using.

If you were going to trim, do it hard and fast, get it down to three: a dress (Quartz Citizen is my choice), a steel sports watch (sounds like SSK is your go to), and a GShock (whichever you wear more often).
