EmilyNoel, Hotandflashy, Jen Phelps, Mitsuko Blaise (shes fantastic for subtle snd simple looks). The people that the other have mentioned are also amazing (Wayne Goss and Lisa Eldredge) they are professional makeup artists that simplify the process and wont have you spending half your paycheck on makeup.
