I’ve heard that the best way to disguise under eye hollows is the brighten that area to reflect light off the shadows that normally cast there.

Any recommendations for a brightening/illuminating concealer?

    I like the Milani “undereye brightener conceal + perfect” in 01-rose. It’s a lightweight pinky-peach and blends really nicely. It was around $11.
