In a dilemma between 2 watches.
I have found 2 items that are Brand New and interestingly they are both with just leather but the price is the pretty much the SAME.
I usually always wear casual and mainly collection is of divers and love Panerais.
What would you choose between the two?
I guess price wise Zenith is a good deal… ?
- Zenith El Primero Original 38mm with leather
- Speedamster 3861 saphire with leather

Zenith without a second thought.
Speedy needs to be on bracelet and with hesalite. So, by default, Zenith.
I was just in the same predicament, except I was looking at the black dial zenith with the brown leather vs the sapphire speedy but on the bracelet. Ended up preferring the speedy by a bit but the zenith will be one of the next purchases for sure. Good luck!
I have both on the bracelet.
I strongly dislike the zenith bracelet (feels pretty weak to me and kinda cheap). Also important to note that the dial looks more silver than white so that might throw off the expectation you have of it.
The speedmaster feels good on bracelet, probably my favorite bracelet ive ever had on a watch. And easily more legible.
I think both are good buys and both keep good time. But if youre going no bracelet, maybe the zenith is the way to go. A bit smaller case but still nice looking
The size difference btw them is noticeable to me, so I would recommend figuring out what size you really want. Otherwise they are both fantastic watches. Hard to beat a Speedy Pro if you don’t have a chronograph on your collection.
