As the title says. eBay says my authentic pair of Ararat’s are fake. Bought directly from adidas. Just a reminder when buying on the secondary market authenticity is never 100% guaranteed. If an authentic shoe can be marked as counterfeit, a fake and be marked as authentic.
Hey man. I know it’s stressful and a hassle, but they’re not saying they’re fake. They’re saying they can’t authenticate them. They might do this for a number of reasons. I had a pair of J4s fail cause it was missing the inside tag (I didn’t even realise it had come off). Reach out to eBay and ask them why they didn’t pass. From there you can see if you’re able to list them. For me, I was allowed to re-list them along with a note saying ‘shoe is missing interior tag’. I know your natural instinct is to feel wronged. I was pissed too. But you can work through it. Best of luck to you.
