I have for a longer time wanted to get a new watch, that being said I have no real knowledge of watches in any shape or form, so I though this would be a really good place to get some guidance.

I have for a longer time wanted to get a new watch, that being said I have no real knowledge of watches in any shape or form, so I thought this would be a really good place to get some guidance. able to alter a bit. I really like retro-styled watches, and have been looking around a bit, and found a small brand called MAEN that makes some really nice ones, but at the end of the day, I would really like to hear what you guys would recommend for someone new in the watch world, again, really like retro-styled watches. Price range would be around 1000-1500 euros.
