I wasn’t a fan of the material. The leather on them felt way too plastic, and people were cleaning them and the leather seemed to be dyed since the red was washing off.

I sold mine and I’m always tempted to pick up another pair, but the materials on them weren’t it. At this point I’m saving for a pair of 2015 Chicagos. Prices are steadily going down, and I’m waiting until after the new year to see how the resale market goes to try and cop the 2015s.

That being said, it’s ultimately up to you. I think L&Fs still look great with the larger swoosh, and I’m sure they’ll look great after time.

I’d say they’re a good cop. But, they do have an issue with plaint bleeding so, spray a coat of matte finisher to seal the paint if you’re looking to keep them long term.
