What steps do you take to achieve that minimal makeup look? I’m trying to hone in on that… just started it recently and I think it came out beautifully (done it once).

So I need some tips please. Thank you!

Healthy and hydrated skin helps immensely.

    I wear:

    -Tinted sunscreen

    -Sunscreen powder

    -Light highlighter on cheekbones

-Brown tightline eyeliner sometimes with a small wing

-Brush brows in place and use brow gel

-a smidge of brown eyeshadow for dimension

-chapstick and a nice blush pink or nude pink color on lips. If I want to make an impact I will wear a true, vibrant red lipstick or a hot pink lipstick.

-no mascara (I have oily skin and it just melts everywhere during the day, but this is why I wear eyeliner instead)

I use a tinted moisturizer with SPF (eucerin makes it), concealer under the eyes, light dusting of setting powder all over. Contour with a light bronzer, cream blush, cream highlighter, brows and gel, and mascara. I also put a little bit of bronzer in my crease.

Before I transitioned I would normally not where any make up but in college I kind of felt like I had to so here’s what I recommend: so you know washing your face and putting on moisturizer and all that. And then lush lip scrub, Clinique lid smoothie, a little bit of concealer under the eyes, mascara, and whatever lip gloss or Burt’s bees tinted chapstick is nice

i love skincare so i have that as a start. I use my fingers to blend anything and everything make up wise Tinted sunscreen for a tint ilia blush on my cheekbones eyelids ilia powder eye tint (will be switching out, not a fan) curl and use Ilia limitless mascara

I dye my brows with mens beard dye every two weeks and shave my face then too for a smooth and glowy base. Makes a huge difference for the look i am trying to achieve. What helped me most was finding a lip color i liked. My lips but better type. Clinique black honey or glossier ultralip in shade pony are my favs.

typically i “double up” multi use products for a quick and easy look on these days. my typical no makeup makeup look is: skincare/serums/moisturize, light concealer on all the high points set with translucent powder, light face bronze and sweep the same bronzer on an eyeshadow crease brush for depth in the eyes. natural liquid blush that i dab on my lips for a tint, mascara, and maybe a clear gloss. do more than most for “no makeup” makeup but only because a. i find that the double use (blush as a lip tint, bronzer as an eyeshadow crease shade) gives me the most “made up” look without reaching for multiple individual products and b., worth mentioning that i’m acne and redness prone, so i can’t get away with doing just skincare for my face on days where i’m wearing at least a bit of other makeup because i don’t feel like it looks right on me.

Tinted moisturizer with sunscreen, tiny bit of concealer if the eyes are dark, maybe a little blush, and mascara.

Good skin hydration, primer, concealer, a bit of bronzer on the contour of my face and on my eyelids. A bit of blush and mascara. Hydrated lips.

Most of the time I’d skip makeup base and use sunscreen instead, I’m trying to finish my makeup base so I’m using it before the sunscreen now.

Then concealer under eyes, blush, loose powder and eyeliner.

Powder foundation, natural looking mascara, light layer of blush and lipgloss. I sometimes put a lil brown in the crease if I’m feeling it. While this is my natural makeup, I have done variations of it depending on my mood so for example not using mascara or blush or using lipstick instead of lipgloss. A simple routine for a really natural look
