My watch collecting uncle just passed and left me a small inheritance. I’m looking to get my two sons a watch to remember him by. Oldest: 25, outgoing, stylish, beginning to collect (has a Breitling, Omega, and Tudor). Youngest: 21, quiet, poor college kid with a Fossil but interested in more. Looking to spend $1k or under. You can get some great deals on used watches that would normally be closer 2000. I’d look for a used Sinn 104 or 556, or maybe a oris aquis or big crown. There’s plenty of other good choices but I’d definitely look on the used market especially on watchexchange.
