People say I should go TTS or half size up when I get a J11, I’m size 9-9.5, but I have very wide feet so I decided to get a 9.5 for my 11s. I got it and the first day it hurt my foot so bad I had to take a moment and let the pain pass, after about 3 weeks of wearing them they still hurts but not as much anymore. I don’t mind the pain in all honesty, but I notice that where my big toe sits it literally put an indent on the inside of the shoe that is noticeable on the patent leather outside. Is this normal for 11s or should I order another pair in size 10s? I notice a pair of AJ1 of the same size fits slightly larger than the 11s; probably due to the stiffness of the patent leather, but my toe don’t touch all the way to the end of the toebox

And yes, I tried googling about this but it seems I’m the only one in the world that has it.

Biggest factor: Do you tie your sneakers? If you don’t, tie them.

Unfortunately most wide footers don’t get the luxury of doing the loose laces look, because it will only end up hurting or ruining the sneakers. This is why as a wide footer, I tie all of my sneakers now. Haven’t had any problems since then.

Jordan 1s and Jordan 11s are TTS.

Big disclaimer: Common sneakers like AJ1 Low OGs, Air Force 1s, and some Adidas sneakers, are not TTS sizing sneakers. So don’t base your sizing on these type of sneakers. Many make the mistake assuming that their TTS is their Air Force 1 sneaker size (AF1s run big in sizing, and tend to be most people’s first sneakers that they remember collecting or owning).
