It will be probably mama Earth for me. I buyed a shampoo and no improvement and costly as fuck. Not a makeup brand but still don’t recommend it.

Lush, because working for them is a horror show. And the products have a huge mark-up on them, which keeps the directors in luxury, while the shop staff just about manage to pay their rent.

OMG, don’t say it! I love Lush stuff & I always wanted to work for them. I always figured they’d have to be decent because of all the charity monies & support to causes.

Yeah, when I worked for them everyone was on minimum wage and the HR support was non-existant. They project a great image, but literally couldn’t give a shit about the people making their products, or money, because there’s always hundreds more people who would take the job given the chance.

I have C-PTSD, partly because of my experience working for a terrible manager and Head Office couldn’t have cared less, because targets were being hit.

I’m so sorry to hear this! I was hoping to switch over to packagingless shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but their markup is just too high.
