I want to treat myself at the end of this year with a watch for 3000-4500€. any recommendations?
my idea would be a vintage rolex datejust 1601 or a new tudor black bay. I could also settle on a used seamaster or speedmaster.

Can’t go wrong with any of these. I’d say depends on what you do/how you dress for work everyday and what you mainly want it for. Bb58 and speedy are versatile enough to be dressed up/down. Datejust depends on config honestly.
the classic datejust is essential in every good watch collection and a dream of mine. the other ones are also very iconic. i want it as an everyday watch. for fancier moments i would maybe buy a reverso or wear a seiko that i already have.
Have you considered Grand Seiko? I just love their finish and their smooth sweeping seconds hands. Plus the Spring Drive is a refreshing take on the automatic watch movement.
they do have some beautiful dials aswell, like the snowflake for example. but i believe the really beutifull ones are beyond my budget. (?)
