I have a pair of each in the same size I usually get other shoes in but after wearing them for more than an hour I get a pain on the top side of one my feet. Can I break them in or stuff them/use a stretcher? Will the prime knit expand eventually or artificially?

1.0s fit tight as fuck atleast the all white ones do, and they do stretch out but honestly not enough. definitely recommend a half size up. i had one pair of ultra 4Ds and they fit true to size, definitely less tight than the 1.0s fit
