I’m looking for any recommendations for a good quality small eyeshadow palette to put into a gift bag. Something under $10 and mostly neutral. I know Ulta and Sephora have a few on sale but nothing that’s standing out at the moment.

It’s for a friend that doesn’t do much makeup but also just doesn’t really have much. I’m putting a little gift bag together of cute items she wouldn’t buy herself.

    Wet n Wild Always Naked palette for $6 on Amazon. Bit of fallout but if you blend and layer over eyeshadow primer it has a great longevity.

    adding to the colour pop, but for reference I like a natural eye and just use taupes/nudes/etc. So if I wanted to do a more dramatic eye and high color payoff with lots of colors I might try else where. If you are wanting subtle natural colors the going coconuts is nice as well as the that’s taupe and off quartz.

    Maybelline’s Nudes of New York is a good palette. I thought the quality was just as good as some of my midrange palettes. The price ranges between different stores, but it’s about $11-$16 depending on the store.

    I think Kokie Goddess is a little more on the bronze side & ~12

    Elf Cream & Sugar is more neutral and ~4
