Hey guys! I’m in need of a new foundation & feel like trying something new.

I have been wearing Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin foundation and it just feels so heavy and icky on.

Seeking recs for oily prone & red skin in the cheeks. I don’t have any acne. Medium to more full coverage. Thank you 💕🫶🏼

Try Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder or Yummy Skin Serum Foundation! I use the Serum but I have dryer skin, the Balm Powder is supposed to be great on oily skin!

Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech Foundation is absolutely fabulous. It contains skin calming ingredients and feels like a hydrating serum. It gives a beautiful medium coverage and is buildable. I’ve been in the makeup industry for 17 years, have no agenda and this is one of the best foundations I’ve ever used, and trust me I’ve tried soooooo many over the years.

Estee Lauder Double Wear is pretty weightless and has good coverage.

The Clinique Even Better is pretty light in comparison to heavier coverage by Clinique.

When I switched from foundation to powder, my face felt really great and almost as if I had nothing on - but I had some good coverage with nicer brands - it was a really positive change, but I wouldn’t recommend if you are going to be in your make up 10+ hours.

Seconding Double Wear! I’m oily and have some redness. I use a small layer of DW and it lasts a while.

I actually don’t love Estée Lauder Double because to me it feels thicker. It is good and I own and use it, but not my fave for that reason. I regularly also use Lancome, Armani, Ilia lol. I use a lot of different ones. My fave tho is the Natasha Denona one that is discontinued but I suspect the new one I *think* might be out will be as good or better. Has excellent coverage (that is important to me) and is super runny and light. I apply with a sponge. I also recently tried the Smashbox Halo Glow tinted moisturizer and was blown away that it actually gave good coverage. I really like it. My sample WAS a shade too dark, and maybe that’s why the coverage looked so good, but I’d say it’s worth a shot if you want to try thinner liquids and feel amazing on the skin that still cover.

Haus Labs (lady Gaga brand) is made in Korea and is literally the best of the best of the best. It’s insane how plushy and smooth it goes on. Personally I like it more than shiseido and Chanel. Yes I said it.
