Hello,

My coiled cable won’t stay inside the slot. For example, it connects perfectly fine, but if I move it a little bit then it will disconnect and I would have to plug it back in.

Please help me out.

    Maybe the cable itself is broken somewhere, but you can’t see it because it’s sleeved. I’ve got the same problem with my phone charger, but at least I can see the cable being ripped apart close to the connector.
