Hello,

My coiled cable won’t stay inside the slot. For example, it connects perfectly fine, but if I move it a little bit then it will disconnect and I would have to plug it back in.

Please help me out.

    Try to clean up the usb-c port on the keyboard. It might have some debris inside, that is compacted every time you insert the plug, until you can’t compress it anymore. Then the plug starts failing.

    It’s the same with charger cables for your phone.
