Hello,

My coiled cable won’t stay inside the slot. For example, it connects perfectly fine, but if I move it a little bit then it will disconnect and I would have to plug it back in.

Please help me out.

    Maybe some hair or dust got in there and isn’t letting the cable seat fully. Try cleaning out the port with a wooden toothpick.
