Hello,

My coiled cable won’t stay inside the slot. For example, it connects perfectly fine, but if I move it a little bit then it will disconnect and I would have to plug it back in.

Please help me out.

    My coiled cable had the same problem and it used to get disconnected easily. It is a nice purple/green cable that matches my setup but I switched to a magnetic cable instead. Much more stable connection.
