With Mode’s Black Friday deals tomorrow, I think it is a decent chance to potentially pick up a keyboard from them. However, upon doing some research and digging, it seems like people here are saying a lot of the reviews on YouTube are heavily sponsored and marketed.
I am mainly looking for a good typing experience as opposed to having the best sound, as I type quite a lot daily. For those with experience with Mode keyboards, would you suggest me getting one, as opposed to a QWERTY (or similar) keyboard? I am also considering the QK100 (I know its a completely different layout and pretty hyped too).
TLDR: Am I “missing out” on anything if I get the QK100 instead of a Mode Envoy in terms of the typing experience. (I understand they are different layouts)
I honestly love the aesthetics of my envoy (polycarb w/ multicolor accent weight). I think it’s worth spending a little extra if you can because you don’t really feel the need to upgrade after that. If I was to get a neo or qk i feel like I would still want more if that makes sense.
