A couple of months ago I dropped my CW and shattered the dial.

I had heard that CW’s customer service experience wasn’t great. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Although they took a long time to repair it - partially due to the dial being back ordered - the entire experience went smoothly. They even sent email updates at every stage of the repair.

I got my watch back this week. Dropping watch: 0/10. CW repair process 10/10
