Customer service said I could as long as it within the 60 days, but I feel weird about it. I rinsed the item off and put it in a ziplock. It was a clean toilet with nothing in it.
Also I tried asking on the Ulta sub, but it got removed saying the question had been asked before but when I searched I could find NOTHING similar that had been asked.
They’re literally going to destroy it once they get it back because it’s used waste (for lack of a better term).
Well it’s going in the trash either way, but I didn’t want to gross out the employees.
No need to tell them really. I think all that stuff gets incinerated.
Just clean it with a Clorox wipe. Tell them you didn’t like the product. They always toss returns.
