I think Timex MK1 is the best affordable everyday watch. It have iconic design of Field watch but with $100 price tag.

It also have indiglo features that superluminova cannot defeat and come with acrylic crystal where i can buff it back by using polywatch. You also can have fun with it by change to the colourful nato strap.

    I also have this one. This is the lightest non-plastic watch you can get. Only downside is, ticking is very loud, I can’t even wear it :(

      Yup. Very light. It feels like you not wearing watch. Especially use nato strap. I think the ticking is fine. Unless you are in very quiet environment.
