The specs say it’s 100m of pressure resistant to water and uses a screwdown crown. To me this sounds far more water resistant than the other field watch options that this sub has noted for not having watertight integrity (despite the specs of the watch they were wearing may suggest it should have that integrity).

I don’t want to dive with this watch but if I buy it I would very much want to wear it in the rain, fishing, hiking, anything outdoors not requiring full and continuous submersion.

Would like to hear your thoughts if you have experience with this watch or understand the design enough to articulate possible points of failure in its watertight integrity. Thanks all, happy holidays.

You’re fine. I’ve swam with 50m rated watches without a screwdown crown with no issues. If you’re not diving, 100m water resistance and a screwdown crown means your watch will survive anything that you can survive.
