My girlfriend buys a 4y in most of her shoes, I want to get her Frozen Moments 4s for Christmas but they only come in women’s sizes, so I was gonna get a 5.5. But I remember her telling me a while back that women’s sizes fit differently than kids. Any advice?

I’d actually say youth sizes run more narrow than women’s. My 6Y dunks are quite narrow and a bit longer than my women’s.
Wife is size in 8 Jordan’s and can wear Big Kid size 6.5 or 7.
