I have dry lips and that’s why I wear bullet lipsticks mostly over my favorite Burts Bee’s pomegranate lipbalm. Now I wanna try liquid lipsticks too. Please fellow members, suggest me which liquid lipsticks are not too drying for already dry lips and have a good staying power.
The Rare Beauty ones aren’t drying, though prep is important. I use a lip scrub then Klavuu sleeping pack the night before and it makes a huge difference.
