Check out SKAGEN. They’ve got some razor thin watches.
Look for NOS or good condition used Seiko Lassale.
If you are in the US here’s a citizen stiletto. It’s under 5mm thin. There are a few others on the same eBay store.
I have a Frederique Constant Slimline Gents FC-220S5S6B. It is a quartz watch with date, 5mm thick. I find it very comfortable to wear that it worked its way to becoming my daily watch. I bought it new for some Eur300 but you can look around maybe an inexpensive used one becomes available.
