I’m a complete newbie to sneakers and i plan to get jordan lows. Is there any difference quality wise to the new jordan lows released in 2023 compared to last year in the $150 range? Or they all have the same quality just different designs?

You’ll come to learn everything with Nike means something.

OG refers to the retro styling similar to the original 1s. Even OG itself has different variations depending on the year.

If you’re just buying them from Nike, you want OGs to actually impress the sneaker heads.

Regular lows have shit quality control, use a lesser quality leather, but still have some unique designs. Oh and one less lace hole, this drives some people nuts. Personally idgaf, rock what ya want

Jordan 1 low: Low to quality materials, feel plastic like (a bit better than the plastic leather on regular Dunks and Air Force 1s). You will see these in your regular sneaker stores in stock all the time. $100-$120 retail. Fit TTS.

Jordan 1 low SE: Okay quality, better than regular Jordan 1 lows. The color ways tend to be a big hit or miss. $110-$130 retail. Fit TTS.

Jordan 1 Low OGs: Most sought after, have decent or good quality material. $140-$150 retail. Fit is TTS for wide footers, or go down half a size for regular or narrow feet.

Jordan 1 Low 85: Probably the best quality material you will find of all of the Jordan 1 lows. $150-$180 retail. Fit TTS, or go half a size up for wide footers.
