Almost all my shoes do that. Easiest thing is to use the hole in the tongue and hope it fixes it. There’s not really a good solution. Someone told me to sew the tongue in place lol

This happens to most of my shoes. If it’s really bad you might have to glue a spot of velcro to the tongue and to the upper to keep them together, I haven’t found a less drastic solution
