I never really been big on blush but I recently purchased a rare beauty blush. My question do I apply the blush after setting my concealer or do I apply the blush then set my concealer?

All liquid/cream first, then powder. Also, if you overdo the blush (because those Rare Beauty ones are hella pigmented), you could always get a tiny bit of foundation or concealer on a beauty blender/sponge to take away some of the intensity. That has worked well for me in the past!
