I know that the Chinese have a bad reputation for their manufacturing practices , and for the most part there’s lots of cheap ones where quality is little more than a suggestion. However, I’ve gotten some decent ones. I’ve bought some quartz watches form the usual contender AliExpress and even some mechanical ones and I’ve been shocked by the quality of these sub $100 watches.
Chinese watch is like hit and miss as we don’t know which brand makes good watches. One that I purchased from, it looks similar to the photo, but the details don’t look neat. Furthermore, regulation still needs a lot more work, even for one that use Miyota 9 series.
