My wife and I renovated our new house and we put down LVP floors. The vinyl is so stiff; it really bothers my feet. My wife bought me some Dearfoam slippers, but they have no arch support and worse - they TAP TAP TAP on the vinyl - which has woken up our baby when I’m wandering the house in the middle of the night more than once.

I don’t care about designer brands or frankly how they look at all.

Any recommendations for a guy with size 13 feet?

Some drivers with a minimal, sectioned sole would probably work great. I have a pair with a latex rubber sole that is very soft and extremely quiet.

I wear sketchers slip ins. Some arch support but not much. They do not make any noise on my wood floors since they are effectively sneakers
