Imagine looking for something unique, something what is out of popularity radar. And you find two unknown brands. Both have decent websites, both have a very few reviews that can be googled.

How to distinguish between a proper microbrand and a $25 watch from AliExpress watch with random logo that costs $300 on website? There are thousands of preuso-brands on Chinese market stores, so finding a good microbrand is like finding a needle in a haystack.

In other words, what defines a microbrand? What should you look for?
