But to actually answer OP’s question and get them some affordable shoes that look good I’ll throw some suggestions.
Nike Alpha Forces- cheap at around 70-80 and basically look just like Air Force 1s.
Vans classics/vans old skools/vans nu skools- around 60-100 dollars and are durable and cheap just not that comfy to walk around all day. Nu Skools are basically the poor mans Nike SB dunk
Air Force 1s- a classic shoe and a lot of colorways are on sale. Between 60-130 bucks
Converse- chuck taylors have been in fashion since dinosaurs roamed the earth. Pretty sure Jesus was rocking them. Jokes aside they’re a solid option that are easy to replace and look better the more you wear them.
Thrifting- if these options don’t suit your tastes, I suggest hitting up some local thrift stores and seeing what they got. Some shoes only need a quick clean and wash and they’re good as new. Some second-hand stores with some nice items for decent prices are 2nd street, Plato’s closet, and buffalo exchange.
Facebook Market- no cap, I’ve gotten Jordan 1s that resell for like 400 for 90 on here. There are some risks involved but if you use PayPal for shipped goods ans don’t try to meet up in an alleyway or something if you choose that option, you should be good.
