Hey guys, started working at a bank, the dress code is smart casual, and was hoping to get some recommendations for smart casual style sneakers that are comfortable to walk in, with a wide footprint or wide sizes available.

“Smart casual” typically means leather shoes, not sneakers. You could probably get away with plain black leather or canvas sneakers but unless you see other people wearing fashion sneakers I would avoid anything beyond that.
