For some reason I’ve blisters from shoes I bought 2 days ago. I tried them on in the shop, fine. they didnt feel tight whatsoever and today they still didn’t feel tight but they have give me blisters in the same place on both feet. What is the cause and how can I prevent them?

Too loose. Your foot is moving around in them, and the friction is causing blisters. Shoes should be snug, not roomy.
